We use the automation technology in Active Campaign to send out Welcome Emails and also a series of Abandon Cart emails, which has grown immensely. We love it! And having a technician there for you whenever you need help has been lifesaving!

Once I capture a client through Shopify, there are numerous ways to communicate. I love the templates you can choose from for a professional looking email. The analytics are very thorough. I use AC with Shopify because it's robust without being complicated. I've used a couple of other email marketing platforms and AC is by far my favorite. The only thing I wish it could do is magically recognize when a customer leaves a review and start an automation!
