Great app, helps a lot with automation and keep our customers engaged with the company and the products we offer. Easy to track the stats about open and purchases coming from the email marketing.
CRM app similar to Hubspot, or Zendesk, but with a focus on automated marketing campaigns. We tried this out, but found it did not meet our needs, which was more towards sales funnel. Pricing was reasonable, with consulting time built into the mid/higher tier plans. Good customer support.
Active Campaign has helped to streamline our gym business. Before this software we were manually recording leads and notes and now we have the ability to track and tag to target our database. the customer service is also spot on and really responsive with regular updates and improvements.
I actually use this app in a different way than it is intended. I am a researcher and practitioner for migraine therapy. I use it as my CMS system integrated to Survey monkey as each patient gets 4 surveys the answers are kept on AC. The automation sends them out from survey monkey. It is a great cost-effective tool for my business.
I've used ActiveCampaign for years and have always been very happy with it. Having multiple shopify stores, I need a good integration with them. The new AC app is doing great for us with all of the stores we have implemented it into.
As I launched a new online biz when my business shutdown due to pandemic, I needed to build my email presence instantly. I knew the only way to create a "family" of customers was to create a ongoing dialog of content via email. I was using another platform prior for my blog, but it did not have the wonderful templates, automations and sequencing I needed. We are so grateful. In six months we became a 6-figure online subscription box company. I will be forever grateful I found Active Campaign!!!
I like this app because it connects to my AC email & CRM system and then the magic begins. You can create automations based on most ecommerce behaviors. I see that integrations with other apps are added all the time which makes the whole app decision easier. Emails with product integrations works great as well. I´ll continue to use this app for sure.
We love using Active Campaign for all of our auto-responder forms on our website as well as keeping in touch with our newsletters! It's easy to tailor it to suit our needs.

We switched over to ActiveCampaign from MailChimp earlier this year and couldn't be happier with our decision. Their capabilities are very innovative and their support teams are super helpful. It's easy-to-use and has eliminated a lot of heavy lifting on our end, which has been great! Their analytics have also been super helpful to our team in strategizing our plans moving forward.
