The integration was easy to set up and we've been pleased with how it's integrated into our existing workflows before we added a branch to our business by way of using Shopify.

I know we've only just scratched the top of the iceberg on this integration, there hasn't been the time to go through the various support articles to see how we can maximise the effectiveness of this integration.

(Please note I have been offered a gift voucher for writing a review but was in no way encouraged to change my opinion of the integration and application - it just motivated me to actually do it!)

Service stole my money, asking to do the payment again because the last payment was not reflected in their system (but they do see it on the Shopify side). Support can not activate a monthly plan even after I've provided a receipt. For more than a week, they do nothing, support really doesn't want to work, forcing me to do their job. If you want to get stressed for no reason, this is the perfect place...

Active campaign has allowed me to butter engage with my customers through email marketing. This is the only email marketing platform that I have used in my business, however, it is really effective. I don’t see myself exploring other systems outside of active campaign, because if it’s not broke…don’t fix it, right? Overall, great company and speedy customer service.

complicated apps, very slow functions. While almost other CRM companies offer 24/7 customer support, active campaign doesn't that is extremely tough for client who has urgent issue occurs!

Mistakenly bought a cheaper package. Meant to buy premium package on a monthly basis. Customer service took forever to respond and then just ignored me. Sent 4 emails over multiple days have not even heard anything back in weeks!
Switched to Klaviyo

I am really happy with the ActiveCampaign integration on my shop.
I've been using AC for almost two years in my coaching business, and I was really glad to see there was such an integration here. Before discovering it, I tried another tool, which was good, but did not compare even by far with AC.
It's very easy to do the whole setup (I actually did it myself) and to create and run your campaigns.
There are quite a few automation recipes to choose from, which makes life way easier, especially if you're just starting out in the online retail business.

Active Campaign helps me track lifetime value and purchases across multiple platforms. Super valuable app add-on for anyone using a shopify store and looking for a CRM with excellent features.

Como sugestão, poderia evoluir para captar campos de inscrição em newsletter que vem original do tema da shopify, além de captar forma de pagamento (nem que seja criação automática de tags) para criarmos fluxos de boleto e pix e integração com códigos de rastreio.

We've been using Active Campaign since 2018. It's helped our business immensely by allowing continuous and direct "conversations" with our tens of thousands of leads in a seamless and engaging way. The main advantages we experience with Active Campaign:
- strong integration with hundreds of apps or services, allowing us to use the CRM as a hub for communication. This includes e-commerce with Shopify, forms with Typeform, Facebook Leads and Audiences, etc.
- easy to learn and use automation process - allowing to create simple rules that impact directly in our customer base, saving us hours of work and additionally guaranteeing timely contact.
- the ability to create simple forms, and simple landing pages, perfect for implementing new marketing campaigns all in one place. These are then easily linked to marketing automation campaigns.
- it's also easy to segment the leads in all forms and perspectives - which in turn allow for a segmented email automation process with high open rates. All in all we're very satisfiedw with AC and recommend it as an all-in-1 CRM and Marketing Automation tool.

Active Campaign has allowed us to build our email list while also integrating new marketing tactics with all of the amazing email and automation features they offer. The best thing we did was find Active Campaign to help be the powerhouse of our email marketing efforts. We switched from Hubspot as Active Campaign offered us way better pricing to better fit our needs and budgets. We highly recommend Active Campaign to anyone needing a platform for email marketing and other amazing and great features that come along with it.

So I have a band and I hired a marketing coach to teach me about making money as a musician. One of his sources of revenue is merchandise. He told me to set up a facebook ad and to give people music for their email address. Then send emails to the growing email list, using Active Campaign. Then, to link this to shopify and sell tshirts and other merchandise. Well, so far I haven't sold anything but I think I know what to do. At least I have a thousand emails and about 10% open my weekly emails. My coach tells me I have to make offers, bundles etc and then I'll start to sell. It's a journey and I'm eager to take the next steps. I found it pretty easy to set up the shop...but look at some of the beautiful online stores, then you know there's work to be done. Best of luck!

Je suis inscrite à active campaign au forfat lite, et à ce forfait, l'application ne fonctionne pas. On est obligé de prendre un forfait plus cher, trop cher ! Je vais quitter activ campaign, très décue !

Only recently started using the Active Campaign integration with our small store, but so far it's great. The dashboard showing the sales as a result of the email campaigns is great. Even the rest of the data on cart abandonment, conversion rates from the emails, just makes it super clear what areas we need to improve. We have just set up the cart abandonment email series and looking forward to getting more automations set up too.

App works great and will help you setting up systems/automations. It's a great time saver for any business owner.

I've been using Active Campaign for just about 1 year now. There are some amazing features and I have to say I am not using all I could to make the best out of it. A lot of great automations!

The app works really well for my needs. I wanted everything automated for my store and this app helps me with all the automations.

Great, works as expected. Does everything you could want an email marketing app to do. I've used active campaign for many clients and would recommend it to anyone.

Its not worth it. First of all u need to upgrade AC to even use this app (so 70$ instead of 15$ per month) Second, every customer is created under an "account" in AC. That means the business name your customer enters during purchase. If you have B2C customers (like most of us who use shopify) Your customer will leave that empty and every single customer is subscribed to a noname account on AC. I contacted support, there is no way to change that. It´s plain idi0tic.

AC has great functionalities and the customer support is amazing! They integrate easily with Shopify and make our customer experience more personalized.

AC will go hand in hand with your Shopify store and allow you to create sophisticated email marketing set-ups with ease. Better yet, the automation features are very powerful so you can set up processes without having to touch it. Powerful stuff!

I use ActiveCampaign to maintain and grow my Shopify store's list of customers and fans. The flexibility and customisation options available are amazing. We tag our contacts based on actions they take in our automations. We created these automations to do all sorts of things. As we didn't have the time to create these ourselves, we hired a firm from the AC accredited professionals, which was an excellent solution. These automations are evergreen so it was a very good investment to have then created for us. Because of the loss of tracking forced by Apple with their iOS 14,5 update onto Facebook ads, we now use AC to see what actions our contacts have taken. To add to this, we've also created ad-hoc campaigns to email our lists, base don the segments they're in. To sum it all up, AC is a fantastic solution for us to manage our contacts such as customers and to stay in touch with them in any way you can think of.

Active Campaign has been the easiest app to use, it is all automated and the customer support is really good!

I really enjoy ActiveCampaign. The customer support is excellent and so are the tutorial videos and training they offer

We use this as our main CRM tool. We are able to segment our entire customer list based on what the customer does. for instance, if they buy certain coupon codes, discounts, upsells, down sells. If you keep all this data about the customer by tagging them, you can really tell a lot about the customers' behaviors and market to them the way they like. It's better sales for you and less annoying to the customers.

I'm sad to say: the "deep integration" with Shopify doesn't work. I did 1:1's, classes, everything - in a year on the $300/mo plan, I couldn't get one bit of Shopify data to come across. That makes Active Campaign not useful as a CRM for us. I invested a lot of time, and $3,500, to get it set up. And it just didn't work.

Worst experience to send bloody emails. Set up first email then kept getting emails as to why they can't send, send links, how long have you had these addresses, where did you get them and on and on. Paid a year in advance not expecting to get my money back... as expected did not get my money back after being a customer for about a week.

We use Active Campaign for our e-mail based service and we couldn't be happier with the efficiency and effective customer support! Would recommend it to anyone, who is looking for scaling to the next level.

We are using AC within our shopify store seamlessly. Our store is a little bit more complicated as it includes other 3rd party apps AC needs to speak to and there is a TON of automations and tagging campaigns setup. We're very happy with the experience and especially the customer service. Thank you!

I have used AC to send follow up emails to my customers after they have purchased a product, both immediately and as a follow up. AC is relatively easy to use and anytime I have had trouble their support has been OUTSTANDING.

Disgusted! bad service, they had a problem and in a month they took me 4 times the cost of the subscription of my credit card.
They blocked my account and then unblock it a week later for no reason and, moreover, I have been waiting for compensation for 2 months but nothing.
Disgusted!

I switched to ActiveCampaign from another CRM that was MUCH, MUCH more expensive and I'm very happy with the results. I've used 2 other CRM services and I will have to say that AC is a complete solution.
What I appreciate the most is the customer service. I've contacted customer service several times and I've always encountered friendly, helpful individuals willing to answer all my questions. If you want a service that allows you to email all (or a segment of) your contacts, and create email sequences based on certain triggers (like customers signing up for your newsletters on your Shopify page or customers who bought certain items that you could recommend other things in your store), you will not regret choosing Active Campaign

Great app, has all the basic automations needed to run our eCommerce campaigns. The user interface is very easy to use and that was very important to us.

The product tagging automation doesn't work when addresses are imported into AC. I want to segment out my list based on product category, item, and topic. I set everything up in AC automation and still nothing. Very frustrating!

I liked it allows to call products within the email as the products itself for e-tailers are the biggest drive for conversion. However it would be nicer if there can be greater flexibility in terms of 1) searching for collections (now there's only 250 collections visible within AC, and follows an alphabetical order - so if i have over 250 collections and would like to get the Z-collection, it will never shows up). 2) the way products are being shown (now it limits to show 4 products at max for each product block, and the sorting of products are very limited, on pricing it doesn't allow to show compare at price)

We are a huge fan of ActiveCampaign and this app did not disappoint! We use it to sync all our data from the store so we can properly segment and do some marketing automation with our customers!

best customer support i've ever received. That alone is worth more than the cost of any plan. Cannot recommend AC enough.

I have this app linked to my Shopify store and have just built my welcome series and plan to do much more work with it as I prepare for my official launch. I am also able to manage and cross promote with my other lists all in one account so I am very happy so far.

More than an email marketing program, integrates with everything, support is always super helpful and knowledgeable.

AC has allowed us to recapture potential lost sales thru a cart abandonment sequence. I didn't realize how it was performing until I looked into the stats and was pleasantly surprised. We then added some question forms and embedded them in a funnel and the data we've been gathering has been incredibly eye opening. We are looking forward to now leverage the tool further and close more sales.

Active campaign is am easy to use and wonderful resource for any business for automated campaigns! I wish there was a cheaper package available for people that want the basic plan + sms marketing. Overall, great option!!

The email automation through ActiveCampaign has helped us both deliver important information to our customers and generate recurring revenue for our brand during a very difficult period of time. Easy to set up and effective. Highly recommend.

Honestly have spent years inside crms and automation tools. Hands down this is the best one ever and it actually works and works so well

I really enjoy this app as is. It works great and has no bugs! Very smooth. However, I wish there were 2 main features added. 1) That address info would be copied over and 2) that shipment delivery info would also get transferred. 1) Segmenting based on region would be hugely helpful. 2) Triggering automations based on product delivery would also be great. Shopify gets that shipping info gathered automatically (and sends an email when delivery happens), so I would think it's possible to get it into ActiveCampaign too. I still love the app, but would love it more with these features :) - Walter
