This app has really helped enhance our ecommerce customer experience and has integrated well into our digital marketing strategy. I certainly recommend. I do wish additional customer data was passed onto ActiveCampaign when transactions are made - specifically shipping address information for contacts, as this would help with better segmentation for regional campaigns.
Was able to integrate Shopify and ActiveCampaign to transfer contacts and trigger automations. Email Designer is really well built but can be slow and buggy sometimes.
We've been using Active Campaign for 2 years now and have had a great experience. It's definitely not the most popular or common ESP, so sometimes other apps we use don't have pre-built integrations, but for the price it's great! Friendly, knowledgable, and responsive product support via chat is a huge plus.
I like this app for email marketing. I think its very user friendly. Sometimes a little complex but definitely worth trying.
Loved my onboarding process with ActiveCampaign. I have never had such quality service and attention during an onboarding. I am excited to see what features they keep developing, specifically improvements in reporting.
This is a great and reliable application to send out your emails from. Just a little pricey. However, I highly recommend to those looking for an upgraded "CRM" system.

Being able to have customers automatically added to our list for their purchases has been very helpful to our stores conversation rate. They are always adding new features and sending helpful tips to increase revenue.
The Active Campaign integration utilizes customer data in a way that I previously didn't know was possible. Beyond just looking at the abandoned carts, AC can see when a customer visits a certain page, when they checkout, and lots of other helpful data. I do wish you had a calendar filter to organize scheduled campaigns. There isn't really any way to filter and organize and that gets extremely overwhelming. Overall, the app works well and gives a good amount of data on customer behavior in order to better target with specific emails.
The out-of-the-box Shopify API connection to AC was one of the reasons we switched to Active Campaign - for abandoned carts, pre and post-purchase email drips, and targeted purchase exclusion criteria the automation workes perfectly. I would love to see even more access to shipping info/event triggers, and product usage flows in the future!
