We love ActiveCampaign. The automations system is excellent, the platform in general is super easy to use, and we've been able to implement many drip campaigns that have been quite successful. Plus, the customer service is A+.

We recently switched to ActiveCampaign to better automated our sales process. As a non-profit their resources and automations have been incredibly helpful in saving us time. Also we were able to connect two separate shopify sites which consolidated our data and made it easier to segment customers/donors. We love this app.
We use this as our main CRM tool. We are able to segment our entire customer list based on what the customer does. for instance, if they buy certain coupon codes, discounts, upsells, down sells. If you keep all this data about the customer by tagging them, you can really tell a lot about the customers' behaviors and market to them the way they like. It's better sales for you and less annoying to the customers.
I used this for CRM, and it's pretty basic and easy to use. It has some pre-built automation templates for E-commerce stores.
Active Campaign is great – I love the functionality and how helpful their services are! I just wish this app weren't an extra cost on top of paying for both Shopify & Active Campaign alone. Thank you for this option though!
