The pre-order part works fine but your customers must check their account to pay the balance due when stock returns.There is not an auto email sent to customer to advise that inventory is ready and request balance be paid...we had to do it manually. Uninstalled.

This is a very useful app especially for new store. The button customization is very cool to match store colors. The words can be customized also; I just used what was written already. Great customer support for to address any issues.

Great app. Even better Customer Service. They helped me out and clarified what I thought was an error, was just a feature that could be toggled on and off. Very fast communication as well. Highly recommend!

App works perfectly and allows us to sell out of stock products in anticipation of their arrival. Customer service is excellent, responding in less than an hour, and answering all of my questions and addressing my issues.

This app is great for any type of pre-order and partial payment. We sell more expensive items and this app allows us to charge the consumer 20% up front and 80% upon delivery. Its great!

So far this is the only Shopify app that has a solution for partial payment for pre-order products and accurately tracks inventory. That is a very critical feature for our business. We charge a flat rate reservation fee for pre-sale products. I've tried every app I can find and deleted all of them. The support team is great, fast response and great communication. Thank you!
