Under no circumstances should anyone ever use this app. They have very sleazy business practices and you will end up paying more than what they reflect in their packages. When you may go over a certain rate, they will hide that from you so you begin to incur higher charges and your bill becomes outrageous. You'll be lucky if they even send invoices to you, which they don't because they are hiding the excess billing from their customers. I've used Shopify for several years and this is the #1 sleaziest app I've encountered. Save yourself and do not use Aftership.

If i could give 0 stars I would do it. I have contacted support for 5 days trying to solve an issue we are having, aligning the correct carrier to each order. They keep saying it is fixed and it's not. I was finally able to get a meeting with their developers so we could fix it and no one showed up. Extremely unprofessional Edit - They fixed the issue after this.

Probably the best group of Shopify app developers out there especially for a newly started store. They basically offer highly professional marketing, review and logistic tools for free and only begin to charge as you scale up as a business. A model other developers should follow. The common issue for new starters is not having the capital to justify expensive subscriptions to apps until they begin to turn over enough revenue. The Automizely group basically solves this issue for everyone with the added bonus of exceptional customer service. 24/7 and super responsive team. Their apps are also more functional than many others that charge subscription fees from the very start. Super impressed with this group as they've helped us scale significantly to the point that we would be more than happy to pay and continue with their service long term.
