It's time to find an alternative.

It's one of those apps that require just TOO much attention from me as a store owner. There is always something, but usually it's billing or admin related. Horrible support and as a bonus their fees are getting ridiculous and the latest revelation that team members can only access the app when an additional "seat" is purchased which adds up to $120 for 3 stores in our case, is just not acceptable.

Love Aftership! It was just what I was hoping to find when looking through the Apps. I can track all of my orders easily and they even sync with Sendle - which I couldn't find any other app to do! Very happy.

Easy to install and gets the job done well. Would be good if customers able to use order number or name for tracking to improve user experience.

Great app, good looking and easy to use. Installed on Shopify and connected to autoimport tracking numbers shows to do what it promises.
It allows to add to the store an element which makes it more practical and professional, with benefits both the customer and the seller that does not waste more time on the phone...
I read that it would be appreciated for the translation in additional languages ​​, I think it would be useful to provide a template to fill out , I would do it today for the Italian.
