Aftership is a great app, haven't really used it much but I'd definitely recommend it to make shipping less of a hassle

This app is awesome!!! It helps in my business and not having the customer service team scrambling for every tracking number. It helps us to reach out to our customer in terms of order tracking!

It's an amazing way to keep track of your orders.

This app is SOOOOOOO useful. If you put on your home page, as I did, it stops all the emailing back and forth. The customer can plug their tracking # right in and it gives them all the movement info on their purchase. If I could give this app 10 stars I would!!

The app solves a very important problem. Customer service is very friendly and patient, but their response to enquiries feels scripted rather than a staff that is supremely knowledgable and knows the build of their app inside out. I also wish that the documentation for how to use the app was a little bit better. The Youtube videos on their channel seem to leave a lot of information out. Overall not a bad experience. I am still new to using the app, so i may return with a different review.
