We have been using AfterShip for over a year and it provides so much value to our business. Having this work for us has saved us so much time since we no longer have to spend time responding to inquiries about packages in transit. The app sends notifications (by email and/or text) to our customers every step of the way, from the time a shipping label is created to when it arrives in their mailbox. We love the fact that we can customize each notification with pictures and video to help explain our product before it even reaches their hands. We highly recommend AfterShip. Wouldn't do without it now. Thank you for such a valuable, effective app!
