Aftership has gone from a "must have" app to total rubbish!
Firstly my email notifications stopped working, followed by the SMS notifications and now a 3rd party product review app that integrates with Aftership has also stopped working.
Customer service is nonexistent and when they do respond its one that a rocket scientist can barely make head or tails from!
Only reason its getting ONE star is that you cant rate it ZERO stars!

Great apps, expect to explore more fuction. However, I hope it can let customer customize the dashboard and the report. Like customer can choose export of each day to know how many orders in which situation.

We haven't had any issues so far with this app, however - considering it's for dropshipping stores - when things are sent from Asia they often get assigned a new tracking number (by the domestic courier company) when they arrive in the destination countries. We were hoping that this app would be able to track the entire process, and if there was any change, to be notified of this change, instead of just archiving the parcel.

Making sure my customers could track their order's easily was something I was really keen to make sure of. Now that I've installed AfterShip I've got exactly that. Setting everything up was simple as the admin interface is extremely user friendly. Since I've just started I'm yet to see things in greater detail but so far, I can tell it's going to be a must have app for my store: https://bonooru.com/
