Bonsoir, j'ai désinstallé l'application, le 23 mai, ça fait 5 jours. Il doit y avoir un bugue car il y a toujours des avis ( 1 étoile) en dessous de certains produits. Je l'ai justement désinstallée à cause de cette étoile, qui fait que le produit n'a qu'une étoile donc pas un bon produit.
Pourriez-vous me guider pour supprimer entièrement des étoiles en dessous de mes produits ?

This app is extremely convenient for adding reviews to your store. Hana was extremely helpful in getting me to add the reviews under my product pages, & she was very nice & patient in the process. 10/10 experience!!
Excellent App ever seen, works perfectly with shopify and CJ. We are using the app with our online store "GlamourGrid" and its excellently working. Moreover, AirReview Staff namely Tiana, Sunny and Esther are quite friendly representatives who are always ready to help out customers like me as far as technical issues are concerned. Overall, a great forum. I will also suggest that CJ may also be integrated with the App as AliExpress and Amazon are integrated for importing of reviews. Furthermore, technicians sitting behind the screen are also doing well.

Just installed the app, so I need to see how it works when we get reviews, but the first contact with Hana great. She helped me with the interation details and everything works well!
I had issue with importing reviews with excel files, but Pamela and Esther helped me! they edited my files, and uploaded for me as well as setting up the app correctly when I couldn't figure it out myself !
