When I'm in trouble, the team is helping me till I solve my issues. Great service so far. Tonight I had an issue with an order and Daisy attended me really good and stood there until I solved the issue and several doubts surrounding the service. Great job!

كانت لدى مشكل فى ربط حسابى بمتجر شوبيفاى وتحدث مع خدمة العملاء وكان فى غير وقت العمل وتحدث معى Vincent وجرب طرق كثيره لمحاولات المساعده وبالفعل فعلها وساعدنى رغم انى قلت له دعنا نحل هذا فى فى وكت العمل ولكن هو اصر على مساعدتى فى نفس الوقت وبالفعل ساعدنى كثيرا
