When I needed support it was easily found. Jenifer was at the other end of the chat line and understood the problem right away. She tried to direct me to solution and when it failed she sort further technical assistance. This solved the problem and she followed up with me to check I was happy.
The lady who helped me was Tailor she was super kind and friendly. she helped me super fast and was really quick with her response. I really hope she can help everyone because shes amazing

This is the best review app i have used so far, its very simple to use, easy to import reviews from Aliexpress and super easy for customers to leave reviews on the website. I have 2 stores I use Alireview in both and recommend it to everybody!
