I just wanted to give a shoutout to Aliereviews and Wilson, their amazing customer support rep. I recently started using their Shopify review app and Wilson was such a huge help in setting up the star ratings feature. He was so patient and really took the time to walk me through everything. It can be intimidating trying out new apps, but Wilson made it super easy and stress-free.

I’ve just installed this app and right off the bat, I was sent a message through live chat “Lisa” from FireApp, customer support, offering me help. At the beginning I thought I wouldn’t need it but within 5 minutes I realised I definitely do as for some reason the extension wasn’t working. I was sent a collaborator request so they can fix it for me. Went to bed and when I woke up it was all sorted and they had also imported all the reviews for me from Aliexpress into AliReview app. Customer service, “Lisa”, was amazingly helpful and made sure I’m not left on my own figuring out the app. I also had Loox installed before Ali Review but even though I followed the steps for removing Loox app and its codes from my store as per the instructions I found on Shopify Help Centre, it kept showing up on my website. So I had both Loox and Ali review stuff showing up on my website even though I had deleted Loox. I asked Loox's customer support to help me solve the situation, and they never got back to me!! A few days later, I contacted Ali Review's support team about this and I was connected to Lisa again and she got it all sorted for me through their collaborator within 10 minutes!! Honestly they deserve more than 5 stars!
