The app does a great job up syncing the orders and save so much time. Reached out to support for one order that did not sync when I did an update to our store and in just a couple minutes on the chat it was taken care of and synced. Had an isse with the app loading on the 17th contacted support in chat, was told they would look into it and get an email back in 12 hours Grrrr have to manually put in orders so not much help this time. Will see how it goes

We have used the CED Commerce Walmart App for sometime now so adding the Amazon App from CED was a no brainer. The customer support we received from them in the past and now installing the Amazon App Channel is outstanding. They actually do work with you on problems and help in getting you up and running. Anytime you add a new Channel on Shopify you probably will run into a snag or question. The one reason we chose them over other Amazon/Shopify apps was we new the customer service help was there when we needed it. Everyone on Shopify now using Amazon Channel needs to choose a new channel source soon. Highly recommend this one.

Initially the app is great and does what you would expect it to do. The issues come later when the syncs are not consistent and do not update all your product and product listings. The suggested solution for me today was to manually sync inventory for products that have not synced in 5+ days. Why should one have to manually sync inventory on an app that is supposed to do this as an automated process?

Support is there, but sometimes slow to respond and not super helpful even with detailed questions. For now, the app is still working for us, but there may be a search for a better alternative down the line.

Excellent support. It’s challenging to set up, but the support folks are very very helpful and their assistance is timely. Awesome!! I’m looking forward to getting all errors resolved. Once the template is functioning properly, this will be a perfect way to add products to Amazon— MUCH faster and better than the shopify app was. Thanks so much for a great product and support!
