After hearing so much rave about this app, i decided to try it for myself. And I really like it! It is very useful in letting me know when I have a potential customer that have abandon their cart. Plus, within this same app I can now send retargetting emails.

I downloaded it. Like the idea. I didn't give it 5 stars because I'm not sure if it truly works, but I'm glad it's free.

Pretty much worthless. Emails signup do not sync to shopify email list. Messenger notification does not work. App say email sent for cart abandonment but they weren't. Contacted support about the issues and a support ticket was "Created". Never heard anything back on those tickets. Look for a different solution...

Having initial issues with FB messenger not running. Just sent letter to support. Compared to other platforms I have used for similar purposes, it is easy to use and comprehensive.
