I downloaded it. Like the idea. I didn't give it 5 stars because I'm not sure if it truly works, but I'm glad it's free.

Pretty much worthless. Emails signup do not sync to shopify email list. Messenger notification does not work. App say email sent for cart abandonment but they weren't. Contacted support about the issues and a support ticket was "Created". Never heard anything back on those tickets. Look for a different solution...

Having initial issues with FB messenger not running. Just sent letter to support. Compared to other platforms I have used for similar purposes, it is easy to use and comprehensive.

Horrible do not use... they billed me 29 dollars even though i uninstalled and canceled way before the free trial was up. Inconsistent add to cart and cart tracking did not match whatsoever with what shopify was seeing.

Decent app. Recovered a sale so far, but I fear it may put off people from buying as they are asked for their email immediately after they press "add to cart".

!!! love IT I can easily convert so many buyers I would have missed would recommend 10/10 stars lovely helps so much catching up with customers.and I got a free trials it does take some of your converted sales though.

Nothing special, not worth $30 a month at all. I don't see why this app costs so much, it doesn't do anything that a lot of cheaper apps can do (probably better at that). The customer service is pretty much nonexistent. If you message them on a Friday don't expect them to get back to you until Monday, and don't expect them to fix any of your issues either (of which I've had multiple). They even had an option to extend the free trial that I messaged them about, and they told me it's no longer an option. I would look elsewhere if you're trying to save your abandoned carts.

Consistent cart is amazing. It's got Abandoned cart emails, Push notifications, facebook messenger messages, and even Sales Pop combined in one app! I do wish it was priced around 9.99 though, 14/month is pretty heavy on my budget.

Couldn't get the abandoned cart emails to save my design. Contacted the company and never heard back. Deleted the app (10+ days later) and got an email asking why. Probably an auto generated one. I responded to it letting them know if they could fix the problem I would gladly reinstall. Never heard back. Crap for customer service.
