I have worked and used Apliiq since Aug 2020. We have enjoyed the services provided and the delivery of my products in a timely matter. If things are done in error, it hasn't taken much more than a phone call or Video meeting to resolve any issues. We are not the biggest clothing line; however, We have not felt at anytime we were minimized or our concerns were reduced because of our revenue. Apliiq is growing and offering more service than even when we joined. The connection with Shopify has made automation seamless for our needs

This company is great! Once in a while I get an mistake or system error, but then they correct it if I ask their customer service. Very helpful cs team, especially Nic Delhomme

I used Apliiq to dropship my products. It has an awesome integration with Shopify. Once designing complete, I was able to send straight into my Shopify store. I ran into a slight issue related to shipping profile, but was able to get personalized help from their representative.[]

Out of all the apps I have used, I must say Apliiq is one that is a keeper by far. The customer service is incredible and Peter Lamb goes well above what is asked. Always a pleasure to work with a company the understands the needs of the customer. I couldn't be happier with the product choices and the way the business handles itself in these difficult situations going on in the world at the current moment. I am a gym owner and I use this app to design and sell customized clothing to my members. The format and user friendly interface makes it very easy to give my members lost of different options of colors and styles of clothing so that there is something for everyone. Apliiq is a fantastic tool to build your brand

Definitely would recommend. - Update: We spoke to the customer success manager at Apliiq; he was extremely helpful in making sure we understood the details regarding what we were asking for, as well as making it known that he would be available should we need any help in the future. Great products, fast and friendly customer service.
I had a few issues with designing custom products and the team helped me out with pricing, shipping and technical issues.

We have been using Apliiq since we have opened our business on Shopify two years ago. They offer higher quality apparel compare to most POD services and connects seamlessly to Shopify. Whenever there has been an issue, we have been able to resolve the issue and able to get the merchandise with to the customer. Even with the increase demand and requirements due to COVID-19, they have been able get our orders out even with the delay. Quality is extremely important for us and as well being able to provide the services needed to produce our merchandise was a big motivator of our decision to work with them. Being able to offer a variety of unique services that I have yet to find looking at other POD services at a reasonable price point has been valuable along with their customer service team being responsive, personable with the changes due to COVID-19. Great overall experience, 5 stars.
