Customer service is great. They answered all my questions. Tried other apps too, but came back to this app.
This app does exactly what you expect it to do. There are so many options for you to totally customize the reviews the way you want them. The layout of the app is neat and organized. But, I especially love the customer service. I haven't had one problem that they haven't helped me solve in a timely manner. I will never trade this app for AliReviews!
I use this app for more than 3 months and I am super happy with it. Alao recently I had an issue with the showing up of the reviews on my page but luckily the customer service helped me so quickly! I couldn't be more satisfied! Thank you so much.

Areviews tech support team are awesome. They not only have a super efficient response time, but on top of that, when they responded to me, they didn't ask me any silly questions like what is your email address or what is your store's url, when THEY responded, they had already fixed my issue, just like that, done. App is great ! Lots of features !!! Support staff is very helpful. Only issue I had up to now is when import reviews from Banggood, can't filter English only so needs to delete other language reviews manually.
I tried all the reviews possibilities in the choices, deleted every one of them. Took me two days to go through all of them. This reviews app for aliexpress was my last choice, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING features and choices. HIGHLY recommended. LOVE the app. NO problem installing and does everything I wanted and more. Easy to use, easy to understand. My last choice turned out to be an AMAZING choice for all the reasons above and more.
So far it's amazing. Simple and very amazingly developed. I recommend it. I use it for amazon reviews.
