I almost never give reviews, but this app deserves one.
This is for sure the best Reviews App I have tested, let me tell why:
- Best price on the market, and a really powerful free version.
- Every kind of filter you may need to import reviews
- Bulk importing
- Collections page reviews
- Google Shopping Reviews
- Awesome admin board
- Really use to import and manage reviews
And their biggest difference:
INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Even when I was on the free version they replied really fast. We ask "how can I do it?" and they simply do it for you! We can also see the app adding new features and improving continuously.
I needed help with changing the location of the reviews. Customer service was amazing and I was a given a response immediately. It costs only 9$ to add unlimited reviews as well as many other features and it is overall better than any other review app here. I found my permanent review app.
This deserves a higher rating. The aesthetic is amazing on the product page, and the fact that you can link and sync your Amazon reviews without going through the API integration crap is awesome. A huge plus for me was their customer service. Yes, it may be confusing at first (like any new app you're unfamiliar with), but the support was really fast to respond and helped me with all my questions.
Great app, definitely will be helping you store to sell more products, and most importantly, they have a very good service support!
This app is actually pretty useful, and I love how I emailed their team to manually put reviews on my collections and they did it within 1 day.
I like that you can easily import reviews from AliExpress or Amazon and edit them. The support team is super efficient, they respond in no time and do their best to help.
This app is excellent value for money. The support team are also polite, responsive and highly capable.
