I thought it's perfect until I bought a premium plan and found out that the sort button is totally not working. Please fix it as soon as possible
Sorry for inconvenience, but you set the default sorting by images
therefor you can't sort the reviews by images from your store again since they already sorted by images by default
we contacting you to sort this out.
I used the app and is useless. You have to import reviews one at a time clicks and clicks for each product reviews import. If you have even 400 - 500 products think twice before using it as the app has no option to bulk import anything. The developer never responds to customers' queries and has provided a bogus feature request page that he never replies to (he never replied to my queries). The developer has provided a CSV import functionality in which you have to yourself fill in the reviews first and then match it to the existing products which are of no use as you yourself have to do all the donkey work.
Hello, All apps in Shopify require you to insert Aliexpress or Amazon url or have one of supported apps using Chrome extension for bulk importing as we do
We do support 5 apps for bulk imports, such as Oberlo.

NOTHING Works on this App. The App refused to publish the Reviews i imported from Amazon. The customer service refused to work also. I paid a membership, My reviews still wont publish on my product page
We were sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with our services. We didn't get any message from you I checked the mails again, also I tested amazon personally and the importing working fine. maybe the link has issue since amazon has many websites. IF you want to use the app again contact us and we will make sure to fix the issue you have.

can you explain what got destroyed in your store?
because upon uninstalling the app we can't edit any files in your theme
if this happen when you installed the app this might be from our app
but after uninstalling the app that impossible to happen.

The only reason i choose this app is that it supports amazon reviews importing, but it's only available for paid plan.
The main reason i deleted this app is that it added too many DIV to my theme files broke my theme. It took me some work to clean it up.

I installed the app and the descriptions of all my products are gone. Appears for editing but when saved does not appear on the product page

We contacted you many times but you didn't send any reply.
I don't recommend, quite confusing app + you can't add video with the reviews which are very important these days+ don't have any days trial and I pay 7$ for such a bad app!!

if you come to the market then fix all the issues and give chance to costumers to try the app, not just putting prices for the scummy app!
Sorry for connivance, but there's no app contains all features. You could request a new feature we have new section for that.
For video reviews we never claimed that we support it, and we plan to add it in future.
We will consider your suggestions.
