Awful. UX and UI is just awful and it's so buggy. I'm locked to 3 years contract otherwise would be abandoning ship long time ago.
I regret not doing my proper homework as I should have before signing with them because their marketing seems so sleek and polished. Only a few months in I started noticing all the problems.
Now over a year in, I have new issues I discover every few months.
I wish I stayed with Klaviyo or moved to Brevo.

We've been using Attentive across our D2C fashion brand and the platform has genuinely transformed how we approach CRM. We have been with Attentive for SMS for nearly 2 years and couldn't recommend them enough whether you are looking to launch an SMS channel or optimise your existing one. The support is excellent, and having regular catch ups with our CSM is really helpful (especially as a team of one!). The platform is also very easy to use.
