Awful. UX and UI is just awful and it's so buggy. I'm locked to 3 years contract otherwise would be abandoning ship long time ago.
I regret not doing my proper homework as I should have before signing with them because their marketing seems so sleek and polished. Only a few months in I started noticing all the problems.
Now over a year in, I have new issues I discover every few months.
I wish I stayed with Klaviyo or moved to Brevo.

We've been using Attentive across our D2C fashion brand and the platform has genuinely transformed how we approach CRM. The segmentation is powerful, the journey builder is intuitive, and the native integration with Shopify (and Meta, for audience syncing) means everything just works without endless workarounds.
But honestly, what sets Attentive apart isn't just the tech, it's the people. Our account team has been incredibly responsive, proactive, and invested in our growth. They take the time to understand the business, suggest strategies we hadn't considered, and treat us like a true partner rather than just another account. That's rare.
The reporting is solid, deliverability has been excellent, and the platform scales well as our sends and audiences grow. Every major moment we've run through Attentive has performed beyond expectation.
If you're a Shopify brand serious about email and SMS, this is the platform. Five stars, no hesitation.
We launched SMS with Attentive in June 2022 and have enjoyed growing our SMS offering as the platform has also developed and improved over the years. The CSM team are very supportive and have helped us optimise and grow our programme. Their support team, Whiteglove is also amazing, they reply promptly and with great technical understanding! Overall, a great platform to use!
We have been with Attentive for SMS for nearly 2 years and couldn't recommend them enough whether you are looking to launch an SMS channel or optimise your existing one. The support is excellent, and having regular catch ups with our CSM is really helpful (especially as a team of one!). The platform is also very easy to use.
