I reached out to Hana for assistance and was immensely pleased with the promptness of her responses. Within just a minute or two, she was connected and ready to assist. I inquired about setting up a "Buy X Get Y" coupon system, and although they don't currently have that exact feature, Hana was quick to provide alternatives. I appreciated her suggestions but opted for a text-based solution given my current timeline to launch my store.

One significant highlight was Hana's generous offer of 12,000 free emails per month, which I found to be an excellent value addition. While the exact solution I was looking for wasn't available, Hana's swift, kind, and proactive assistance made my experience a positive one. I'll be sticking with the current app for now, but it's great to know there are support representatives like Hana to assist when needed.

Thanks to Hana now i have a really nice coupon for my customers and she added the trust badges so now my customers can trust my site thanks Hana you're the best without your help i would not have gotten through this alone so thank you.
