We have just started using the platform and so far it is intuitive and easy to use. Above all, I would like to highlight the good technical service they have.
I reached out to Hana for assistance and was immensely pleased with the promptness of her responses. Within just a minute or two, she was connected and ready to assist. I inquired about setting up a "Buy X Get Y" coupon system, and although they don't currently have that exact feature, Hana was quick to provide alternatives. I appreciated her suggestions but opted for a text-based solution given my current timeline to launch my store.
One significant highlight was Hana's generous offer of 12,000 free emails per month, which I found to be an excellent value addition. While the exact solution I was looking for wasn't available, Hana's swift, kind, and proactive assistance made my experience a positive one. I'll be sticking with the current app for now, but it's great to know there are support representatives like Hana to assist when needed.

Great support! I have no IT/tech background and I am trying to teach myself as I go. Everything so far with Avada has been easy, the support team has been wonderful and provides a quick response.
I have been using it for 2 weeks and I can say that I am satisfied so far. When I had a problem, live customer service always supported me. especially jasmine has a good command of the dashboard and knows very well what to do.
Everytime I need help with something, I can send a quick chat and get it resolved. Esther helped me tonight and answer and fixed all my issues! Great customer service!
