I just transferred over to this app from Mailchimp and am happy I did! Their customer service is amazing! Jasmine has answered my questions so quickly! So far I feel it is superior to Mailchimp with all the customization with email layouts and customer journey emails. Glad I have switched!
I am using this app to help me create more personalized emails. Specifically a first time customer (with coupon code) vs repeat customer thank you email. It did take some time to get everything verified, but once complete it's very streamline. Also, they have great technical support.

I switched over to this app from Mailchimp and it already is exceeding my expectations just with the outstanding customer service from Lucy. I was guided with the conversion and whole setup. At 11pm at night. The templates are gorgeous and easy to edit, so professional and marketable. The integration of my contacts took 60 seconds and the integration to my Shopify shop looks great. Outstanding.
