I worked with an agent called Emma and she was so helpful and resolved all the issues I raised. She even worked beyond her closing hours to urgently respond to my queries.
She promised to get in touch the following day and she did. She also stayed to ensure all my issues were resolved while also providing guidance on things I needed to change to see value.

Definitivamente un soporte técnico excelente. En especial mención a Joy Nguyen como ayuda en atención al cliente y a Nguyen Tien Hay como desarrollador. Ambos me han ayudado mucho y de manera muy ágil y rápida sobre el problema presentado en la app (no podía aprobar a un cliente y por lo tanto no podía registrarse correctamente)
En cuanto a la app B2B /Wholesale Solution, comentar que es sencilla de utilizar e intuitiva, pero si no te aclaras, no te preocupes porque puedes contactar siempre con el equipo técnico que estará dispuesto a ayudarte lo mejor posible.

Die App hat alle Funktionen, die man für einen B2B-Shop braucht und wenn man etwas spezielles braucht oder ein Anliegen hat, ist der Support schnell und kompetent für die Anliegen da. The application is easy to use, had issues with installation of prices but Jolie Nguyen and Hoang Van Luan helped us with the fixes and quickly fixed the problem. Excellent customer services with a talented developer team
