Pricing rules not available at variant level. App can not increment or decrement the prices of variant skus independently, they are all tie up with parent.

Hi there, so sorry for the bad experience that you were facing.

However, we have double-checked carefully with our team and it seemed like you have been using another app to setup your sale price which might have affected your Buy It Now button. Also, when customers haven't logged-in, we couldn't see any Buy It Now button. In this case, may we please know if you are using Buy Now button from another app or it's from the theme default or you guys have customized it?

Regarding the CP is not available at variant level, we are really sorry for this. However, this is a huge function which would require quite many resources to search and deal with. And currently, our team is still researching to seek for a proper solution to update this feature. At the same time, Joy will continue support you our best with your case.

BSS's B2B wholesale solution is fantastic, and I highly suggest it. The support is really amazing – Josephine- the one who supports me is really nice. I’m not going into detail regarding the BSS B2B wholesale solution because it has so many integration options. My advice is to just try contacting Josephine's help. Josephine was quite helpful in assisting me in finding solutions. She is incredibly efficient and exact in her work, as well as helpful and patient. The technician guy Nguyen Van Dong has fixed the issues really well and the complete customizing procedure took only a few days. My heartfelt gratitude goes out to Josephine and Nguyen Van Dong.

We look forward to customer service getting back to us so we can resolve the issue of being billed for months with no true usage because of setup issues and nothing but run-around, back-and-forth emails. I have even written them Whats App with no resolution. They tell me to use their knowledge base while on their most expensive plan, estimated to spend $1200.00 a year. We have been paying for months with no resolution. This company's customer service has not impressed us thus far, even if the tech is present.

Très bon support qui a été très réactif pour corriger des soucis d'affichage liés à l'utilisation du module. Dommage néanmoins qu'on ne puisse pas choisir d'afficher les prix en HT même avec l'abonnement le plus élevé. Cela nous aurait permis de répondre à 100% à notre besoin.

We were having a lot of trouble trying to find compatible apps. Specifically an app that could handle variants and wholesale pricing. We assumed (very wrongly) that if 2 apps came from the same company they would be compatible with each other. Oh were we WRONG! This has been a nightmarish mess. First, we deleted our old apps which mean all products had to be loaded again from scratch. Then, we added the BSS apps . . . . That's when all of the problems started. Our other apps stopped working. BSS blamed it on the other developer, the other developer blamed it on BSS. We got absolutely nowhere. Then, the Wholesale Solution app wasn't doing what they said it would do. Of course, that was because it couldn't REALLY do what was promised. Then, when the BSS Variant app wasn't working, the BSS tech told us it was because it doesn't work with the BSS Wholesale app. Seriously?!?! What a mess. Now our team has to start from scratch . . . again . . . and try to figure this out. Wasting thousands of dollars and 100's of man hours.
