Great product!! I switched from a competitor as Restock Rocket had critical features in their lower tier package like GDPR compliance which is essential to avoid getting into trouble. Other plugins make you opt for their more expensive package, which is quite reckless.

Other things I like about Restock Rocket is the ability to pick and choose certain products, full customization, sending emails from our domain, Klaviyo integration, and of course amazing support! All at an affordable price tag - Thank you!

Installed this app and was pleasantly surprised that there was a free version without any catches (that I know of so far). The set-up was super easy, the CSS customizations are very responsive and accurate, and Anaam from the support team was super helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

So far very happy with the app. Set up is smooth and fairly user friendly (not overly complicated and clunky like many of the other apps). Pricing is fair and transparent. Support has been great. I needed help moving the position of the buttons and disclaimer text and all was done very quickly (I was quite particular about what I wanted too!)

There does however appear to be a significant issue with Preorder selling limits. Currently the app allows any number of items to be purchased, despite specifying a qty limit within the Preorder settings.
The support team has advised there will be a fix coming soon, so hopefully this comes through quickly to avoid major headaches with overselling, refunds and unhappy customers! Look forward to seeing how the app converts for us.

I recently switched themes which caused the Restock Rocket button to not appear correctly anymore. After jumping onto their live chat, Sneha looked into the problem and sorted out the issue within a few minutes. I thought that was the end of it, thanked them and ended the chat session. Turns out, the button didn't 100% match the style of my theme's button so they also configured it to look the same. Sneha certainly went above and beyond. And best of all, I'm still on the free plan as I was testing the app out - this has guaranteed my future business.

This app handles a very important issue I was having, when out of stock items were not clearly marked for customers. This meant they had to contact me (or leave the site unsure). Now, they can be informed when it is back in stock, or make a different choice. My site didn't manage this well. Thanks, Kartik!
