Five stars for STOQ. Their support team is hands down one of the best always quick to respond and willing to jump in and actually help, not just point you to a help doc. It honestly feels like they’re an extension of our team. The platform itself is feature-rich, easy to use, and most importantly, it’s delivered real results. We’ve recovered well into five figures in sales since rolling it out. Highly recommend.

We had a big product launch coming up and needed a way to seamlessly enable preorders when we sold out. The app worked perfectly, it was easy to set up, and everything functioned exactly as advertised.

What really stood out was the excellent customer support. We had a few questions and tweaks (including customizing the button style and adding preorder functionality to our homepage), and the support team was absolutely phenomenal. Fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.

Great app and great support! I previously used Appikon Back-in-Stock app but after it randomly stopped working for 3 months and they support was extremely unhelpful and blamed us, we decided to look elsewhere and Stoq is so much better - the customization was a breeze to match our theme and the fact that it's integrated admin app makes it so much easier to use it daily.

This app just works. Its well priced. We're on the free option and the back in stock alerts have helped us claw back missed sales. Hard to beat that value. The support team is quick to respond and helped us through setting up the preorder system.

I have used this app on my store for a number of months and cannot recommend it enough. The degree of settings & flexibility is second to none to setup pre-orders exactly as I need.

This is a really useful app for anyone growing their business and needs a bit of help to see if 1) is there an interest in the product and 2) get orders to fund the inventory purchase. And the support is nice to work with, informative and quick!
