I wanted something to back up the hard work in case (god forbid) something goes wrong. I have not yet used it but it is peace of mind knowing that everything is backed up. The staff is also great as they answer fast which is gold to me.
Very useful app that does exactly what it's supposed to.
Not only has it been doing what I have needed it to (does what it says on the tin), but in my haste to clean up my apps, I accidentally deleted the app. Panicked, I went to their website and connected with customer support (Logan) and she stepped me through how to reinstate my account. And like she said, all my previous backups were there waiting for me. I am seriously impressed, and this bungle on my behalf only took about 2 mins to rectify. Great App that is easy to install and easy to use. Gives peace of mind that you won't lose all of your hard work if something goes wrong.
Pretty simple install and it is on auto pilot from there. We feel more secure with our data being backed up each day.

This app is imperative to have! I was skeptical about the app at first - thought it would be just an additional expense for another app hardly used. So glad we ended up going froward with it - we recently incorporated another app which completely wiped out everything once their developers went live with it, within a matter of minutes everything was restored thanks to Rewind.

This app is very important to get early on before you have done too much on your site. I downloaded it to keep me from making more mistakes from pure ignorance of the eCommerce world. We are all learning at some point and it's nice to have a safe backup for when you mess up.

This is a very useful app if you care for your store (and you probably do). Fortunately, I did not have the necessity to recover anything yet, but still it is a relief to know that I am always backed up.
