I was attracted by the cute whale logo so I installed it in my store. The UI is clean and easy to understand. Features are simple and handy. I use it to value my store traffic and survey customers' interests. Very good app for Shopify starters to connect with their customers. And it's totally free!

Wonderful app with fantastic customizations, very happy with it and super happy that it's free. The only thing missing is maybe a selection for translating to your own languages, an option to add "other" to the languages tab because for example Lithuanian is not an option. But still very happy.

I like that the subscription is free. It's easy to implement. It has an extension. It's easy to maintain the content. It's user friendly. It has a great support.

Definitely recommended for all stores. It is easily customizable, most settings can be changed, even minor things, it gives options to connect your own social media such as facebook, insta, whatsapp, if the customers are more comfortable texting there, and to top it all it is free! Too good!

This app helps me to get immediate messages from my cusotmers, the setup is a bit confusing for me but the customer service agent assured me they’ll upgrade it. Besides I love how it looks on my website with the lovely twinkling eyes of the icon!

Nice app, very personalizable and custom made to your own taste. You can add preset questions, fast answers; choose the chat style and you even have emoticons and (important) images upload. For someone who custom makes their products, having images upload in the chat is very important to choose materials and style of the upcoming personalized products with the customer. It is also very nice that it has a mobile app.
