Lamento la confusión e inconvenientes que experimentaste. Como expliqué en mi correo electrónico anterior, cuando desinstalas una aplicación de Shopify, por lo general, el código se elimina por completo. Sin embargo, a veces, lleva un tiempo que Shopify actualice la desinstalación.

Acabo de visitar tu sitio web y parece que el ícono de chat de BestChat ha sido eliminado de tu sitio. Por favor, ten la seguridad de que este problema se resolverá por sí solo con el tiempo.
