After adding this app we felt it was a little more complicated to set up than others. Also, when a visitor initiates a chat, you cannot simply reply. You need to go into a tab and then click on the visitor and then initiate a chat from there. From here, after you click into the chat, your welcome text is sent ... not automatically when a visitor asks a question and they are waiting for you to ...
