User-friendly as far installing. Helped my site seem more credible. My store is new, therefore not sure how the information will flow back, but no regrets with this app selection.
Excellent app! I was looking for a nice contact form to add to my site and came across Easy Contact Form. The setup was very easy and it offers a lot of options for appearance, etc. In tests the form worked very well and i received the emails very quickly. Thanks for the great app, this is a must have!
I'm very impress on how easy and simple was to build this form. I have used WP for many years, much more complicated and no as beautiful as this one. Thanks so much! I'll be launching my store in 2 days.

This app is so easy to use and since I added it to our site, has increased email sign ups and contact form submissions exponentially.
And even when I did get myself into a bit of mess (user error!) the support team was AMAZING.
