The Better Reports app and team have drastically increased our productivity. Their out-of-box reports are great and offer quick and concise reporting. However, it is the customization that helps us the most! Their team is also very responsive and helps prepare the custom reports if required (usually within a day or so).
Lots of different reports available and a lot more reasonable price than a lot of apps out there. I tried a few different ones and liked this one the best.
Incredibly helpful app to get the right information out of Shopify when the native reports just don't cut it. Their customer service is also fantastic.
It was a cold dark rainy night maybe 24-48 hours before our website go live that I realised that the out of the box reports from the Shopify basic plan wouldn't be useful for our operational needs. In a panic, I started searching on the Shopify app store for any alternatives. I came across a few but they were neither intuitive enough nor did they support self serve customised reports and scheduling.
Until I found Better Reports that is! It came with a good collection of pre-built reports and very intuitive customisation features. It just works seamlessly with all my apps and I have never had any issues.
The customer service is top-notch and I would personally call out Kritesh for his responsiveness and thoroughness in attending to my customisation requests.

I love Better Reports customer service! When I need help customizing a report, not only do they create it for me and will help modify so that it is pulling the exact information I need, they also send a video of how to do it so I know for next time. Fantastic customer service!
