Very powerful app, even more powerful support. We needed a custom report to help facilitate a new business process and Ciara was extremely helpful in setting up. Quick responses and knew exactly how to generate the report we were looking for. Everything was set up within a day. Amazing.
Better Reports has been a go-to reporting tool for us. The data points available to us are robust compared to Shopify's default analytics and reporting options.
Their help desk is also quick, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend this app for literally anyone who uses Shopify.
I love better reports! The custom reporting is super intuitive, and the help team has been incredibly responsive and fast in adding unique fields. Ciara has been so helpful and kind. I now use BetterReports for two of the business I manage, and I will be recommending BetterReports to anyone using Shopify as the back end.
I would absolutely recommend this app! The customer service is amazing. If you don't see the report you are looking for, reach out to them and they will either walk you through on how to generate it or they will create it for you.
At first it can seem daunting but once you get to grips with it, the information is very helpful and far better than the standard reporting in Shopify. The team are also always happy to help make custom reports for us and to help explain any reasons why we can't maybe get the exact data we need.

The customer support for Better Reports is incredible! If I need a report but I'm having a hard time generating it myself, the team will not only generate the report for me but also walk me through step-by step on how to do it!
I knew I needed more detailed reporting to help grow my Shopify store and decided to give Better Reports a try. They have a wide range of reports already available but when I reached out via support they were able to create 4 custom reports for me within a day. No hassle, no need to waste hours trying to figure out how to set it up myself. Amazing customer service!
We operate our online cake sales through Shopify. The standard Shopify reports have very limited value for us because customers pay now for a cake that will be made in the future. We have one online store but two physical locations. Shopify assured me that reports by pickup location and reports by pickup date vs. order date are not possible.
I tried a few reporting apps, and Better Reports exceeded all my expectations. Claudia created reports I thought were impossible. Every wild reporting request I threw at Claudia, she delivered faster than I could come up with more. She quickly identified issues and solutions, making the process seamless.
