BixGrow Affiliate Marketing

I recently subscribed to the pro account and I have been very happy with the perks associated with the subscription! The support has been great, especially Leo who was very quick to help me get a custom domain name set up today!

Migrated from Refersion to BixGrow for our affiliate management. They have more features available including Multi-Level Marketing. Plus, as an added bonus, their platform is a significantly lower subscription cost and they do not charge additional commission. Their customer service was also the reason I chose them. They were extremely helpful while I was researching affiliate marketing platforms. Once I decided to go with BixGrow they offered everything I need to migrate and get set up; helpful, easy to understand, and fast responses. They even turned around some custom development within a day! We're only just getting started using their platform, but this is a very positive start. They have been so helpful that I also decided to migrate our loyalty and referral program to their other app, Zing.

Flora from BixGrow Team guided us patiently through the process and answered all our questions clearly. The app is exactly what we need for tracking and paying out our affiliates. Flora and Quinn were also very helpful in getting our custom affiliate portal url set up!

For Support, Online chat is super efficient and my new favourite person in the world is Flora, who not only understood my ramblings and requests, but was able to suggest a better workflow that will simplify my stores workflow, and the user experience for affiliates and their recruits! Spoke with Leo and the support was excellent, made several recommendations based on my questions on setting the programs up and gave me some ideas on how to adjust on the fly to enhance the ability to attract more affiliates.
