I'm 6 weeks into selling on my new website and I installed BIxGrow from day 1.
I had a few friends who wanted to join me on my journey and it seemed like a good idea. It's great how they can use their own shopping link for their customers but I'm now seeing the potential to really grow my business and attract new affiliates.
Being untechnical I've had a couple of teething issues and the helpline were amazing. They talked me through each one and solved my problems in a simplified way

The support is amazing, with Quinn, Flora and Evelyn via chat. Patient and more than happy to answer questions. The documentation is very good as well. Someone pretty non-technical can follow it!

Quinn was very helpful in getting my page set up! I haven't used the app enough to give a comprehensive review of it yet though.
Customer service is fast and responsive with live chat inside the app - Leo was quick to address our question and resolved instantly.
App functionalities have everything you need for affiliates and influencers to keep everything in one very functional place including customer dashboards and personal stats and reports.
Pricing is great as well considering everything they offer.

So far so good. We're pretty new at this but the Customer Service has been pretty top notch at aiding us through the steps. Which are pretty easy to follow.
This plugin is very simple to use and convenient. The customer service is also very prompt and helpful, resolving many of my issues. Highly recommended!
