We've been using BOLD for a while and have just migrated from v1 to v2 and we've left recharge from our other store. Irfan with Bold support specifically is one of the reasons we're brining everything under Bold. Irfan and the team have always been ready to help us with any problems that we have (most of which are user errors).

This is a great subscription manager! I've found it to be very useful, reliable, and the help section is user friendly and I'm really happy I made this choice. I wish other platforms were as easy to use as BOLD!

Super customer support, really enjoy the app for our subscribers. Still in the process of migrating legacy subscribers from our old platform, but so far the Bold app and the support we've experienced has been great.

I switched to Bold from Recharge because I was having so many issues and their customer service is like non-existent, they are very bad at it. But I'm happy that at Bold, customer service team is great, they are always fast to help and resolve our issues, shout out to Kupra for always being fast to help. I'm happy I decided to switch.

Bold is a crucial stepping stone for growth in any online retail business, offering customers opportunities to set up subscriptions to relive stress of having to constantly re-order. I used to love Bold, I have been a customer since 2016. But both Apps and the Customer service has declined and is horrible! I had to uninstall all Bold apps to include this one.
