BON is a great reward program and has generated a lot of revenue to my store. It's easy to use, for both customers and myself. The support is second to none. No matter what time I reach out, there is always a helpful support agent happy to help. This is exceptional given that I live in a different time zone. Cady was fabulous today, she went above and beyond to help me and guide me to a solution. It's lovely receiving such exceptional service nowadays!

I am currently using this. I was stucked at one point. I chatted "Daisy" and she resolved the problem in few minutes. Fast service and friendly support team. great job.

I've been an Early Bird user of the BON loyalty app. This is by far the best bang for you buck on loyalty apps in the Shopify app store. They have incredible support- you are not just talking to a robot. Daisy and Genie are VERY responsive and also honor loyalty!

The app keeps getting better as well. They take every suggestion and request into consideration and if not immediately help you with customizing, within a few weeks you may see your feature requests added into the app.

Cannot recommend this app enough!

The app is still growing and maturing, but since I have used it in its early days and even until now, this app has been good and the customer service has been great! I am highly impressed with their ability to help out their users and in turn our customers with examples, walk through steps and overall great customer service. They have helped me set up and solidify the app and always help me when I need it. They keep adding more and more features as well and I'm excited to keep using this app and see how it grows.

I ran into a little snag this morning SUNDAY. I contacted Bon Loyalty Rewards via online chat. I received a message saying all their techs were off on Sunday for a break. Which is totally understandable!

To my surprise Anna from Bon Loyalty responded on her day off. Fixed my problem in 5 minutes.
