Update: Over a month has gone by and they posted a reply 4/14/23 (and removed their old post from a month ago that they wanted access to my store. They have already accessed my store and told me they could not replicate the issues. I sent videos of the issues I am guessing they were never watch by support. This is bad support...
UPDATE: After working with and allowing access to my store to Booster Apps they claim they can not replicate the issues I am experiencing. It was elevated to tier 2 support and I was contacted. I sent several videos of my screen and the flickering and flashing of the APP inside Shopify Admin. Nothing wrong with my browser as I cleared cookies several times and they suggested using Chrome browser and that is what I use. I have no other choice but to uncompress all the images you compressed and remove the app from my theme and store.
When will the app be fixed? I am really thinking I made a mistake using this app. It is checking override boxes on Titles, descriptions and also checking NO INDEX on my products this will damage my SEO.

I've installed this app with no trial given And Deleted it 1 hour later. The app gives an SEO Score of 42 even though every item has been optimized and is all green. The app gives false SEO Scores. Not only that i still see a charge on my account for the app i want to be removed the app was installed for 1 hour and removed. I refuse to pay for this app. Remove the Charge from my Account.

I just installed the app, but haven't really tried it because it is asking to leave a review in order to use it. I don't really like that. Will Come back after I really use it and make a review.
UPDATE!!! As the team was so nice and kind, I decided to give it another go. Also, with do many positive reviews on here, I thought maybe the first time something went wrong WORST DECISION EVER. Installing the app has NUKED my organic reach - even Google does not understand it . i spoke with them, this app may have actually a NEGATIVE impact on your google search results LOL... Additionally, I reached out to SEO Optimisation Support and NO ONE has come back to me to explain what’s going on. A whole day of no traffic to my website, and a customer service that does not respond. It’s been 8 hours. Hence I’m leaving this review as I’m sure I’ll now receive a message….? I hope Please do not make the same mistake as I did (twice) and avoid at all cost. Terrible - after installing this app I’ve lost EVERY organic reach coming from Google. Products didn’t show up anymore in google and I’m now going into Christmas season with a destroyed website due to this app. They did offer me a full refund though, clearly indicating they know that something in their code messed up my entire website. I will rebuilding it from scratch now myself with google analytics and other free google resources, hoping I can salvage things! AVOID!

After talking with our developers, we have never seen our app affecting Google Ads or any other Google services besides Google Search, so it is puzzling to hear that you've been having these issues. Our sincerest apologies. What could be occurring is another SEO app conflicting, which can cause can cause issues with Google.

This app is way too expensive. There are other apps that have come into the marketplace that will do the same for much less or free. We used them for a while and came to to revisit the available apps and wow we are getting ripped off!

ok... LOVE this app but I must say have had an issue with our Collections tabs not displaying properly after we installed this app. Typically NO BIG deal to fix, right? But getting these people to help, forget it!!! Only email support & they STILL HAVEN'T fixed our issues. Said they would issue one month credit...yah right...NEVER saw that! They do not follow up if you have any issues....HORRIBLE non-existent customer service! Not a fan of their lack of attention to their customers at all. If I ran my biz the way these people do, I would be outta biz. Good luck & good riddance to this app. Guess they got our money, but not anymore... time to move on to an app that actually assists if ya have problems!
I contacted this app several times, regarding the issues, it doesnt work with google rich snippets/json as advertised you can check to see if your google rich snippets is working, by googling "google rich snippets" click on the link to test your site. When this app is turned on it wont even register in google. In fact when using this app I have a huge decline in sales, When I canceled and I turned off this app off I made way more sales, The app owner contacted me said hed make changes begged me to cancel my bad review and turn it back on and promised me my old pricing. after 4 months of waiting absolutely nothing, Im not stupid I can tell if anything has been changed nothing has. Im still being charged 24.99 which is deceptive. Now if this app actually did what it said it would do it be worth at the most 9.99 a month but at 24.99 a month this is just outrageous. Shopify doesnt check or regulate these apps. This app should be removed for false advertisement.
One of those rare apps that you can just install & not worry about - does exactly what it's supposed to do - easily, efficiently & without any problems. Highly recommended !

Initially gave 5 stars but now: Curious....No longer works - many users are reporting this, it's almost as if it achieves a 5 star rating, works for a few months then dies after a set time. Check all low rated reviews of this app before installing.,

I would like to see how it works before I really give it an indepth review of functionality and effectiveness .................................................... I didn't like that they only offered three Free app's that do one or two functions and about 5X's as many paid apps that offer so many more features. Kind of feel like your baited in.
