Boxify

Our store has a big inventory of different shaped items. Boxify has been the perfect solution to our shipping dilemma. Customer service has been amazing, very prompt and helpful.

The app does a great job at fitting different sized products into boxes. Set up was fairly easy, support was great. The biggest issue is that UPS or USPS or the carriers don't know the discount that shopify gives. So Boxify asks UPS what to charge, but they don't know the discount that they give shopify. So I end up charging customers retail shipping costs instead of what I actually pay.

Boxify is a must have app for anyone that needs dimensional weight determined at checkout (which is almost everyone that doesn't ship small items). The app is super easy to install and set up. The developer is also extremely good at answering any questions I had. Boxify is simply amazing and will save you tons of money in miscalculated shipping expenses.

I chose this app because no other app could help me set shipping rates on products, consisting of several parts, shipped in custom packages. I have a large number of SKUs and Boxify helped me upload them in a smooth way. Their customer service is outstanding!

Haven't fully started using it yet but so far so good! Service has been amazing. Dave is very responsive and will get back to you with very detailed answers. We were looking for an app that could solve the problem of getting quotes for different boxes and this fixes that.

I really like boxify. It helps me solve my long-term puzzle on logistics and shipping. It could calculate the shipping cost by matching my product dimensions to the right box size. I spent 5 hours working with this app including watching videos. It seemed to hold a lot of promise but no matter what I tried, I could not get it to work. I was working on a Saturday so I could not get with the support team.
