Boxify was exactly what we needed to get accurate calculated shipping rates. The set up was pretty easy and Dave was so helpful with support! Anytime I had a question, he was quick to return emails and phone calls to help. Thank you!!

Top notch support. I was having issues with Boxify not selecting the correct box, then support quickly pointed out that the issue was my mistake. Support quickly looked at my settings, product dimensions, and shipping carriers and to me how to correct them. No issues since and the shipping is being calculated perfectly.

I use this app to store box dimensions and to aid in label creation automation. No other app support is as good as that provided by the Boxify support team, period.

Terrible customer service. Terrible with demand.

This tool did not calculate shipping for 60 of my orders. I had to manually reach out to the customers to process their transactions and collect their addresses. I spoke to Dave from Boxify about this problem, his solution was "uninstall the app. and use Shopify". I still can't believe that was his suggestion.

This tool is an incomplete solution that is difficult to set up. Use something else, Shopify support can help you find a better solution.

Once again fantastic app and I cant believe Shopify hasn't made Boxify part of their core package. The functionality it provides is something that my business absolutely cannot live without! And Dave is great! We spoke on the phone a while back and I just want to reiterate again how great his service has been. Buy with confidence, because trust me, if you want to do any real shipping, you NEED THIS APP!!

This app is great. We have 7 box sizes, with customer who need international and expedited shipping. This app has been perfect for getting our customers accurate shipping quotes, eliminating hassle and shipping cost complaints. We had some configuration questions and Dave from support provided very thorough answers very quickly (within 2 hours).

We straight up would not be in business if it werent for this app, it was a game changer. We sell salvaged auto parts, so our product dimensions vary greatly from dash knobs to bumpers. Every single product has unique shipping sizes, and further some things can be shipped together, while other products need to ship on their own (such as window glass). Boxify made these shipping rules a breeze, the app seems idiot proof. We went from only being able to use shopify for our promotional shirts and stickers...to doing 100 orders in our first 2 months of using boxify. We had one "error" in the very beginning (it turned out we had checked the wrong box on our shipping rules), and when i contacted boxify, Dave answered the phone and walked me right thru the steps to correct the error. This made for almost zero downtime, and we havnt had a problem since! Boxify rules, Dave rules, and you're blowing it if you dont already have this app integrated.

This online E-commerce is a new thing to me. Building my own site has been very challenging a huge perk is to have apps like Boxify have amazing customer service! The dimensional packaging is also great when your store has LARGE and small items! Thanks Dave!

I was having trouble with a few of our products, that when ordered, were being charged more than double for shipping. I reached out to support to troubleshoot and attempt to find the issue and was treated rudely. I was just told "that I must have done something wrong" and was left with that. Not knowing what the root cause was and with no help to fix it I had no choice but to uninstall and find a new app. (I also manage THREE shopify stores and have not experienced these overbilling issues. My issue was also only with the calculation of larger boxes and not our small products.)
