I cannot express how grateful I am for Boxify and Dave with all of his help. Its refreshing to have the level of customer service. By far my best experience with any app or IT issues. Dave stands by his product and does a wonderful job explaining how it works. He spent time on the phone walking me through every step. Other companies should look to Boxify on how to do business.

Update: Dave also knows this product inside and out which allows him to respond quickly with a solution. We have now been with Boxify for about 6 months he continues to amaze me! Before Boxify, I was losing money on shipping costs. Once I added the dimensions into the system for 1600 different products (whew, that was a job), what I charge my customers falls into line with what I pay to the post office. Sure wasn't even close before I installed Boxify!!
