The developers are very helpful. I've asked them so many questions and they always get back in a timely matter.
Finally, a good bundle app. We needed something to allow customers to build a custom box with a fixed number of items. This does that well and the team at Box Builder is extremely responsive and are actively supporting the app with new features. The features provided by this app are core to my ordering process and I think it's fully worth the $20/mo. Update 4/21: Still using this after 6 months. The support team is fantastic, responsive, and the app is regularly updated and still well worth the $20/month for us.

I use this app to create small bundles of 4,9, & 18 options, so far it works great and Andrew's support is very helpful when small issues come up. Speed hasn't been an issue, the speed is slower when creating the first variant but once its been created and other people order that same variant, its much quicker. I'm guessing that is due to Shopify's backend itself and not this specific app so I don't have any problems with it. I switched from a more well known bundle builder app and like this one better!
Perfect app for gift bundles! I tried so many apps (about 15 apps) but none of them met my expectations 100%. Best part is customer service, Hamza went back and forth and helped me with my design and technical requirements, he's been very patient til the end and took all my requests and suggestions into consideration.
