When I changed to the "Pro" plan, the app team fixed the error directly for me. For a small amount of money, and for a one-time charge, I am very satisfied with the service.

Splurged for the $200 one-time fee to get the schema done right once and for all. Rakesh accessed our store and cleaned up code on the back-end from other schema apps, and also fixed what was causing Google schema related errors. Now we're in great shape with Google. Money well spent.
