i am writing this review because i paid $10 for the app and it did not work. it only found 333 of 1200 identical variants i asked it to. i ran the search a second time and it found none. I emailed support and got an automated response telling me i would have to wait up to 2 days for a response. I am doing this now. No way. unacceptable. if someone gets back to me within 12 hours and fixes this problem i will edit this review.
It took me only 30 minutes to update over 1000 product records - doing this semi-manually, ie editing in excel, would've taken me all day plus lots of frustrations - excellent App ... well done to the developers ...
Great App, but after getting it realised I do not need it yet, Store is at the early stage. Will get further down the line, thank you

Such a pity that they're customer service team is lazy and unhelpful. Kept referring me to watch a video instead of actually offering help. Obviously as a small business owner myself, I would never treat customers this way.

I've used as a trial to update prices and it's really great and essential plugin.
A note to developers of the plugin: the monthly price is a little bit high cause I won't be using it frequently. Per operation based pricing could make more sense for me.
Good app, wish it was free though.
