I am so so sad. I finally found an app that seems to meet my needs but i cant even try out cos the trial period will start off. PLeasssse can the subscriptions be tiered at least or even free installation, or free usage till the app generates some kind of income etc. I have been searching for 2 days now.

bundle keeps making clones of itself and getting activated on the website. have tried to get in touch with the company but they havent responded either.

Support has been really slow to reply, and it starting to take multiple emails to get a reply for the same issue. We're talking waiting multiple days now to hopefully get a reply, and when they do reply they don't actually provide a solution. I think the app can be useful if set up correctly, but the lack of support that you'll most likely need is going to be the main reason you don't keep the app. As of now i can only give them 2 stars and wouldn't recommend this app since I believe support should be a main focus for them and they clearly don't value it as much as they should.

The app was buggy in general, however I could live with that.
The key issue was the the front end product (bundle) looked entirely different to a standard product UI. This obviously is off putting to the customer and isn't consistent with the rest of our site.
There is a feature to add in a custom template to address this problem, however, this would require you own time or another developers time to create.
So the app is, by its very nature, an incomplete product.
In terms of stock keeping and tracking, it works as it should. The front end look and feel needs a lot more work.

I had been looking for a solution for weeks and even employed a shopify expert who couldn't deliver. Then I found this app. It does everything I needed it to. The only down for my platform is the ack of ability to integrate subscriptions which I believe they are working on.

the UX interface makes it so easy to build out bundles. and the support team is absolutely amazing. Have seen it increasing our AOV orders, so I'm excited to launch seasonal promos and BYOB bundles moving forward!

It works, took a while to personally sort out our needs and the look and feel, however saying that the acutal functionality of the product work very well and we are using it in our online store.

Absolutely fantastic product! Was a little hard to wrap my head around some of the settings to get the look and functionality right for our customers, but the excellent customer service and assistance provided by the team is brilliant and all issues were resolved promptly and professionally.
Better descriptions for the settings is all this app is missing and why I have not given it a 5 star review

We've been using this app for about 2 years now. Works great, easy to implement and customers on our store can use it really easily. Works well for our offers. We recently changed shopify theme and had a really minor thing show up, button padding leading to slight button text misalignment in the app, and we received really great support. The team got back to me and went over and above, adding in a fix for this. Really appreciated the assistance. Totally recommend.

Super disappointed in this app. It has so much potential yet there are 2 big issues- 1. Customer service doesn't answer your questions. Both times I've inquired about something they give a generic response and don't actually answer the issue I'm asking how to fix. I then have to waste my time asking the same question again stating that they didn't actually address my issue. 2. The multi sku option applies your bundle discount within shopify's discount section so you can't add another code at checkout. This is a problem because then customers can't use a promo we're offering on the bundle. The single sku option creates dummy products once it reaches 99 variants which they really should make clear up front. We built a whole custom flow only to find out that we'll have tons of duplicate products which messes with our SEO and website search.

They do have a great product, one of the issues I run into is the slowness of the bundle processing especially for (single SKU option). They worked closely with me and found out a solution. Great customer support.

Bundle Builder is pretty good! It's the only app that I found that could really pull off what I was looking for. The support team is excellent as well, and has helped me through some small problems. I'm very excited to launch my bundles soon!

I get the best experience while using this app. Installing and settings are simply and easy-to-get. Its possibly to add your custom css or even more! Create your custom template. Support works awesome, they were always ready to help me to solve some issues. I would definitely recommend this app and will use it in the future with pleasure

I used this app to help me bundle my black friday deals. The set up was easy and it work for that purpose. I have a few grievances with the app though. 1. I don't like that fact that you can't schedule have the free version auto disable. I don't know if this is a feature on the paid version. 2. When I print out my invoice, the items do not show up individually which means that I have to refer back to the order online to pack my orders. Aside from that it's an ok app. Those tweaks but make it a great app.

Appalling support. I have had no products displayed on my website for 8 days now. Reported the issue 5 days ago and still nothing has been done. I am loosing a fortune and probably a lot of customers. NOT AT ALL HAPPY !!!!

We used this app to set up a simple 1, 2, 3, purchase bundle for our customizable letter product. We received tremendous support from the Bundle Builder team to make this work for us, including mini how-to videos using our site, without the need for additional expense related to CSS or customized Template Creator work. Ultimately, the solution we arrived at works very well for us. There's a couple of tweaks we'd love to see, one being a more fully expressed "current product node" expression. The "circle" works, but this could also be paired with a greying down of the previous now unselected node. Currently, this would require CSS work.

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME & MONEY - DO NOT INSTALL. Their claim that their app is "designed to work with third-party apps" is a total lie. Not suitable for multi-language stores. I spent hours on setting up the app, just to find out, that this app cannot be translated by the language app I'm using. The customer support kindly sent me a link to another translation app, which "may be able" to translate it. Only maybe, of course. Who knows if there is even an app out there which can.
Long story short, the language app I'm using contacted them, because they needed some information in order to get the translation working, but Bundle Builder never replied. On my request on how to solve this problem and why they wouldn't answer the translation app, I was basically told that they do not have time for this, this is not their problem and I'm supposed to find my own solution. Highly NOT recommended.

App works well but the customer support is very bad. They do not offer chat or calls and it can take a while to get an email back, especially if you are on different time zone. They mostly send you documentation for you to find the solution.
