We've been using Candy Rack for many years and it's totally worth it. It handles all upsells and cross-sells. The dashboard and analytics are powerful. The user interface is customizable and support is very good. It paid for itself within the first week.
Used the app for a few years. Very good app and does what its supposed to do very well and excellent support. Conversion has not been great which is why I am no longer using the app. I went for another upsell in cart method instead which is probably better suited for my business. Thanks

In reviewing your setup, we noticed you were only using one of the available upsell placements, which unfortunately meant you weren't leveraging the app's full potential. Great app for AOV uplift, order add-ons, and slide cart. Excellent customer service, as well. Both Lucia and Richie have been amazing. Highly recommended.
