Running this on two of my Shopify stores and couldn’t be happier. It integrates easily, is simple to manage, and the support team is super responsive. Love that the customizable options build the cart organically without turning off shoppers. If you’re looking to scale revenue and lift your AOV, definitely grab this app.
Candy Rack works really well and the support has been great! Febby helped me with a change we needed for our site and was very professional, responsive and made the updates quickly. I would definitely recommend the app.
We have been using Candy Rack for at least 2 years now and it has been seamless. Recently we introduced a new offer on the product page and the support has been immense with quick turnover. Highly recommend this app for upsells and cross-sells!
Does not function at all as promised. Told you can use for free with development stores, but that's not actually the case. They offer a free trial for 8 days if you complain, but again, not the 30 day free trial as advertised.
Yes it is okay if you want to waste the first payment, as it would be great after that. But, unfortunately it is an AI driven app with zero human interactions.
