Used the app for a few years. Very good app and does what its supposed to do very well and excellent support. Conversion has not been great which is why I am no longer using the app. I went for another upsell in cart method instead which is probably better suited for my business. Thanks

In reviewing your setup, we noticed you were only using one of the available upsell placements, which unfortunately meant you weren't leveraging the app's full potential. Since you’ve moved to an "in-cart" method, our new Candy Rack slide cart would actually be a perfect fit and might provide the results you were looking for. Wonderful and user friendly. Tried to do pop ups with a couple other apps before I tried Candy Rack, and they couldn’t do the job. Candy Rack saved the day.

A good option if you want to consolidate on-page, cart, and post-purchase upsells into one app as I did. The Candy Rack team was super helpful with a demo call and with support after installation. They responded over chat to help me get everything working properly including updates to formatting and fixing a bug btwn the app and my theme.
