We have been using Candy Rack for at least 2 years now and it has been seamless. Recently we introduced a new offer on the product page and the support has been immense with quick turnover. Highly recommend this app for upsells and cross-sells!
We've been using Candy Rack for many years and it's totally worth it. It handles all upsells and cross-sells. The dashboard and analytics are powerful. The user interface is customizable and support is very good. It paid for itself within the first week.
Candy Rack integrates seamlessly with our webshop design and is easy to set up. It offers a variety of placements, from the product page to post-purchase.

Thank you for using our app, and I'm really sorry about your experience. We use Cloudflare to deliver a fast experience for merchants and customers around the world, and unfortunately they had a brief outage in the Manila region on the day you left the review.
We've since improved our CDN settings to reduce the impact if anything similar happens again.

Used the app for a few years. Very good app and does what its supposed to do very well and excellent support. Conversion has not been great which is why I am no longer using the app. I went for another upsell in cart method instead which is probably better suited for my business. Thanks

In reviewing your setup, we noticed you were only using one of the available upsell placements, which unfortunately meant you weren't leveraging the app's full potential. App incredibile, ricche di opzioni e molto semplice da utilizzare (e i piani proposti sono super competitivi). La cosa piu importante è il servizio di assistenza in quanto sono sempre disponibili, rapidi, professionali e soprattutto molto pazienti. Avevo bisogno di diverse modifiche se potevano essere fatte e in meno di poche ore sono state fatte in pratica tutte mentre altre giustamente richiedono piu tempo. Richie del servizio assistenza mi ha aiutato e proposto alcune soluzioni inviandomi gli screen con le modifiche proposte ect.....mai visto un servizio assistenza cosi professionale onestamente. App stra consigliata.
